After three more years his funds had run out, so he stole more money from his own father – but the money didn't belong to his parent, who shot himself in shame.Believing his process finally perfected, Griffin tested it on a cat, turning all but its eyes transparent. Next he used the process on himself, and when his landlord proved too inquisitive, Griffin set fire to the house and fled into the night. Griffin swiftly his change was irreversible. Disguising his affliction with bandages, he moved to Iping, a small village in Sussex, where he took up residence in Mrs.Hall's boarding house. When money ran short, he used his powers to turn to burglary again, which attracted the attention of local police officer Mr.Bobby Jaffers. Confronted in the Coach and Horses public house, a scuffle ensued, during which his secret was uncovered (quite literally). Griffin fled into the night.Naked and hunted, he enlisted the aid of tramp Mr.Thomas Marvel, who he sent to retrieve clothes and his notebooks. When some of the villagers attempted to detain Marvel, the Invisible Man displayed a violent side, coming to his ally's aid with an unmatched fury. Afterwards he berated Marvel, making it clear that if Marvel failed him again, or attempted to flee, then he would die. In spite of this dire warning, Marvel did eventually flee, realising the Invisible Man's psychosis was growing. The Invisible Man soon caught up with Marvel in the town of Port Burdock, and beat him within an inch of his life before witnesses intervened, one of whom managed to shoot Griffin, winging him.The wounded Invisible Man stumbled into the house of Dr.Kemp, who by chance he knew as a fellow alumni of University College. He appealed to Kemp for aid, who acquiesced. However it soon became clear to Kemp that Griffin was becoming increasingly insane. He told Kemp of his origins, and his plan to use his invisibility to engage in a "Reign of Terror", using fear of his unseen approach and the threat of invisible murder to take control of a town of his choice. But Kemp had sent a message to Colonel Adye, the chief of the Burdock police, who arrived in time to save Kemp from murder at the hands of his guest. Kemp told Adye how to hunt his prey, with dogs and with powdered glass on the roads to cut his feet. Hunted and pursued, the fugitive apparently committed his first deliberate murder, slaying Mr. Wicksteed on the edge of a gravel pit.Emboldened by this, Griffin sent a letter to Kemp, declaring himself the new ruler of the area, Invisible Man the First, and stating that he would make an example of Kemp by killing him to prove that none could stand against him. ●"十一五"期间,中国着重调整饮料产品结构,降低碳酸饮料的比例,重点发展果蔬汁饮料、植物蛋白饮料和茶饮料等产品,适度发展瓶(罐)装饮用矿泉水,逐步降低可乐等碳酸类饮料的发展。因此在利好政策的推动下,未来5年将是饮料行业框架结构重构时期,功能饮料、果汁饮料、茶饮料等健康饮料品类将组成框架结构的主体。        饮料业同时也是我国发展最快的行业之一,产值年均增长近20%。根据饮料协会的数据,08年饮料行业产量6200万吨,对比1978年的20 多万吨,改革开放三十年来增长了近300倍,同时也超过小日本成为第二大饮料生产国。特别是近几年来,几乎每5年就翻一番,06年以来,更是每年过一个千万级的关口。06年过4000万吨大关,07年过5000万吨大关,08年更是越过了6000万吨大关。        如果按照这个趋势发展下去,未来5年中国的饮料市场会超过美国成为第一大消费国,产量更是可能突破1亿吨!        30年前,汽水就是饮料的代名词,饮料市场几乎只有碳酸饮料。现在,新的饮料国家标准划分了10大类饮料市场出来。        下面让我们一起对10大类饮料的市场格局和品牌格局未来3年的发展变化依次做分析预测。        一.包装水市场        包装水是份额最大的一个饮料市场。未来几年的概念大战和价格大战–包括口水大战,会更加热闹。比如,去年康师傅被人攻击水源质量差,康师傅认为是农夫在背后支持,今年,康师傅就直接开始攻击千岛湖的水质差。        虽然,康师傅、统一等矿物质水巨头受"水源门"事件影响,08年的业绩下滑,康师傅甚至从盈利变成了亏损。但是矿物质水的成本优势太明显了。未来几年是全球经济萧条年,对于普通大众,1元的矿物质水肯定比1.5元的矿泉水更有吸引力。当然,未来几年薄荷水、富氧水、冰川水等有概念和卖点的复合型产品甚至高端水会更加受欢迎。        从大的市场格局来说,应该还是矿泉水、矿物质水、纯净水三足鼎立。        从品牌格局上,农夫虽然极力标榜自己是天然饮用水,但是消费者是不管这些噱头的,还是把其纳入矿泉水一类。未来5年矿泉水的前几名肯定还是农夫、益力、蓝剑、椰树、景田等。可以预测农夫的市场份额会进一步扩大。蓝剑其实是水行业的隐形冠军了,蓝剑的包装水部分未来几年内也肯定会上市成功,当有了足够的资金和更多人才加盟后,蓝剑水也许可以挥师北上,把地盘从西南一隅扩大到全国范围。        考虑到整个水市场,必须要考虑矿物质水和纯净水品牌。康师傅、统一、今麦郎的矿物质水形成三国天下的局面。娃哈哈和怡宝在纯净水市场的地位会受到可乐的冰露水的挑战。娃哈哈这位昔日的纯净水王者不知道是否对低毛利的水行业还有兴趣。无论销量、利润,营养快线都远比纯水等有吸引力。      二.果汁饮料市场        未来3年果汁饮料行业的市场寡头垄断格局趋势,已经无可避免。        因为,由于汇源差点被可乐并购(虽然最后没有通过审批),但已经引起了果汁行业的连锁反应。统一等诸侯已经加快了并购的步伐。        目前果汁市场的品牌10强:统一、康师傅、汇源、可乐的果粒橙、健力宝的第五季、百事的果缤纷、农夫果园、娃哈哈的非常果汁、顺鑫的牵手果汁,乐天与华邦的合资果汁企业。        汇源在果汁上有很多优势,但最终只有商超渠道的家庭装和高浓度装体现出了其实力和市场占有率。康师傅跟汇源刚好反过来。康师傅果汁是靠渠道分销取胜,产品本身(整体创意与质量)乏善可陈,汇源则是渠道掌控能力差。        可口可乐的果粒橙则优势比较明显,营销策划的创意与品牌定位的差异化,分销渠道的管理,综合起来都是最强的,市场占有率排第一当之无愧。        农夫果园的创新能力则是首屈一指的。柠檬C100的热卖,以及带动了整个柠檬口味果汁饮料品类,可以说是功不可没。高浓度果汁是汇源第一,低浓度是果粒橙第一,中浓度则是农夫的天下。        现在,中粮也杀入了果汁饮料市场,推出悦活果汁,加上本来就有中粮屯河的上游产业链的原料优势,未来还是可以搅搅局的。        三.碳酸饮料市场        碳酸饮料未来5年在中国市场的衰退已经无可挽回了。        虽然,现在表面上碳酸饮料的市场容量比较平稳,但是占整个饮料大市场的百分比是逐年下滑的。百事可乐今年就已经顶不住了,开始又裁员又换标。目的当然很明显,想借此抢占可口可乐的市场分额。未来几年的可乐大战,一定精彩非凡。可惜娃哈哈的非常可乐最近几年悄无声息,新品咖啡可乐好像也没有抢到多少份额。        品牌格局上,可乐市场三足鼎立的局面也是不会改变的,而且各自市场份额在未来5年也不会发生大的变化,基本都同质化了,对手的招数也都互相比较了解了。可口可乐和百事可乐下不了乡,非常可乐进不了城。像崂山可乐等地方品牌就算多给10年的时间也还是成不了大气候。天府可乐如果能够顺利收回品牌所有权,由中粮之类的超大型国企来运营,也许有点希望成为地方强势品牌。        雪碧比拼七喜,芬达对阵美年达,如果笔者预料的不错,未来5年也都是维持目前的品牌格局。        不过,未来变数比较大的是来自台湾的黑松。全球能够跟两乐抗衡数十年而处于领先地位的,笔者只知道有两家。黑松就是其中之一。        另外,上海、武汉一带由于天气和消费习惯原因,盐汽水这类碳酸饮料也是非常流行。如果按照天气类推,除了华东和华中之外,华南和华西也应该接受这类产品才对。        如果没有意外,未来5年,盐汽水会成为一匹耀眼的碳酸饮料黑马。        四.茶饮料市场        茶饮料饮料是典型的双寡头垄断。康师傅一家的份额就已经接近50%,加上统一,两者合计占领份额在一二线城市接近80%。        随着小日本三大饮料巨头:朝日、三得利、麒麟在中国的崛起,可乐原叶茶的加入,整个茶饮料行业的竞争自然加剧。日资饮料企业由于有更先进的技术和经验,对茶饮料市场的争夺上是很有优势的。可乐则有渠道和传播上的优势。  本土的饮料巨头也从没有放弃过对茶饮料的染指。娃哈哈的龙井茶、达利的青梅绿茶、今麦郎的冰茶系列,都还是有一定市场占有率的。        所以,茶饮料市场格局未来发展是最不明朗的,无法判断,真正的群雄割据,军阀混战。        但是,笔者可以大胆预测下–双寡头的品牌垄断格局必然会被打破。康师傅和统一的市场份额会逐步下降到一个比较合理的局面。 五.特殊用途饮料市场        从09年起,特殊用途饮料代替了功能饮料的称呼。特殊用途饮料的格局就比茶饮料要明朗了,一半以上的分额是被红牛所占据;而另外的市场分额则被很多大大小小的各种"*牛"所瓜分,什么冰牛、赛牛、旺牛、狂牛、香牛、金牛等等,基本都是走瓶装零售3元左右的低价路线,也很少市场费用投入。        广东是红牛的第一大根据地,澳洲背景的澳动量选择在广东从正面进攻红牛,结局当然是很壮烈的。现在,笔者的预言基本已经得到证实了。维虎力、好益头等新品牌如果只是集中火力在珠三角进攻,守住细分市场,还是可以存活的。        力保健的真实销量非常难以判断,有的说是3个亿,有的认为只有3000万。日加满现在肯定还是亏损,而且其包装策略非常让人看不懂。如果当初,直接出250的矮罐攻击红牛,利用价格优势和广告优势,早就打开部分区域市场了,何苦到现在还是不生不死。        健力宝的原动力想要靠容量来取胜,恐怕最后的结果又会很不理想。原动力既然有生产成本上的优势,最好直接用相同容量的包装,零售价格便宜 0.5元,通路利润多0.2元每罐,每箱利润高5元,红牛的压力会非常大。金融危机,红牛这种高端饮料首当其冲,如果有相同质量更便宜价格的竞争对手,份额下滑是难以避免的。不过很可惜,健力宝的决策层缺乏象娃哈哈的宗庆后这样经常下市场的高手。        健力宝现在的产品线是最丰富的,进可攻,退可守。品牌层级也分布合理,有老健力宝,新的有1984,原动力,包括以前的A8。李文杰如果打好了这几张牌中的一张,就能吃掉特殊用途饮料市场的很大一块蛋糕。哪里还有辛辛苦苦的去做纯水、阳光果葩。蓝海和红海,如何选择?与其花钱赞助亚运会,不如先练内功,品牌定位清晰,价格策略合理,渠道掌控加强。        脉动这几年走下坡路,大概是企业管理下滑的原因。宝矿力借助北京奥运会异军突起,但是内部管理也是需要加强。两者的共同问题是管理不到位,导致渠道精耕不了,销量无法突破。红牛之后,想要做特殊用途饮料市场老二的饮料很多,但是笔者认为实力都不够,未来的市场格局,还是一牛独大。        六.蛋白饮料        中粮收购蒙牛20%的股份,让蒙牛带上国资背景,宁高宁也成就了中粮和自己全产业链的布局。        三鹿事件的阴影今年一定还多少有一些,牛奶企业的现金流和盈利压力一定是非常巨大的,能否扭转战局,扭亏为盈,就要看未来几年了。而且,很多其他植物蛋白饮料:米乳、玉米汁、谷类杂粮类植物蛋白饮料的加入,令动物蛋白饮料巨头们心理上压力又大了!        目前市场上赚利润的最多的反而是营养早餐这种乳酸菌蛋白饮料。08年估计销售80个亿。之前的蒙牛酸酸乳借超级女声已经一飞冲天。将来各大品牌一定是在产品的包装和线下活动上展开激烈竞争。        七.植物饮料        植物饮料市场目前暂时以凉茶为最大的一个品类和行业代表。        08年,除了领头羊,整个凉茶罐装行业几乎全面亏损,很多凉茶企业连工资都发不出。这些企业进入凉茶行业之前的心态就有误,高举高打,幻想一战成名。整个饮料行业,笔者认为凉茶是最难的一个行业,并不是其中竞争有多激烈,而是第一名的品牌定位和渠道管理能力太强了。而其他对手又集体犯战略性错误,凉茶行业的格局也容易判断,强弱分明,两极分化,尸横遍野,血流成河。        百事可乐虽然有可口可乐健康工坊凉茶的前车之覆,仍然推出草本乐植物饮料。可惜口感和功能上都缺乏差异化,结局自然不言而喻了。        将来能够对王老吉造成威胁的,只有黄振龙和邓老凉茶。但是,如果黄振龙和邓老不被两乐和康师傅、统一、娃哈哈这种有渠道有资金实力的饮料巨头收购,凭自身的发展,未来几年也没有大作为。        凉茶的市场格局比特殊用途饮料还好预测。未来几年,王老吉会加速国际化的进程,国内这些凉茶企业-特别是罐装–都还要为生产而挣扎。      八.咖啡饮料        全国既饮咖啡饮料品牌只有"雅哈"、"雀巢"等少数几个,上海、广州、深圳两地有少数几个区域性品牌,如帮德、力神、摩尔、伯朗等,风味较单一,并且大部分是奶咖啡,知名度也较低。        相对而言,咖啡市场是个细分的蓝海。去年,娃哈哈推出的呦呦奶咖表现一般。星巴克的瓶装咖啡即饮饮料,星冰乐,从前两年起就已经在国内上市,由百事复杂分销,但是市场销量也不太乐观。        日本的饮料几大巨头,最近也加强了咖啡市场的攻势。麒麟利用品牌延伸,推出了午后咖啡和麒麟咖啡系列。        笔者从前几年的数据推断,未来5年咖啡饮料的发展应该比较快,保持在30%左右,如果没有金融危机的影响,发展速度应该在40%,国内的市场容量能够突破100亿元。        "雅哈"、"雀巢"的市场领导地位未来5年是被动摇不了的。但是,估计除了日本企业会加大咖啡饮料的投入外,台资饮料企业也一定会进来参战,很多新品牌会上市,一场咖啡饮料品牌大战不可避免了。        九.风味饮料        一直找不到合适的著名饮料品牌来代表这个品类,直到最近几周有编辑约稿,评论啤儿茶爽的,才发现啤儿茶爽标签上印着风味饮品几个大字。        按照国家的饮料通则的定义,风味饮料是指以食用香精、食糖和甜味剂、酸味剂等作为调整风味的主要手段经加工制成的饮料。风味饮品跟其他饮料品类最大不同就是浓度。比如象啤儿茶爽如果茶多酚含量达到茶饮料的指标,就可以划入茶饮料一类了,达不到,才划如风味饮料的茶味饮料。        这个市场是非常大的,因为它的成本低,但是口感可以调制得非常好,而且可以有无限种的香精香料和食品添加剂组合搭配方式。        目前市面上有种透明易拉罐的水灵冰果卖的很好,这种饮料按浓度的不同也可以分做果汁汽水和果味饮料。        中小企业就比较喜欢生产和销售这种低成本的风味饮料,而且市场前景广阔。        十.固体饮料        固体饮料是指用食品添加剂和原料等加工制成粉末状、颗粒状或块状等固态料的供冲调饮用的制品。如果汁粉、豆粉、茶粉、咖啡粉、固态汽水(泡腾片)、姜汁粉等。        其实,基本每种饮料大类都可以有自己的固体形态,固体饮料市场占比最大的还是茶叶和咖啡。        固体饮料由于相对是个蓝海,很多品类没有形成恶性竞争,大家不妨多关注下这个领域。
